This forum, will focus on Women’s Health and Athletic Performance: Female Athletes & the Menstrual Cycle.

In the forum, our panel will have athletes, coaches and administrators from regional and international organisations as we examine policy framework and initiatives geared at protecting female athletes in sports.

Our main objectives include but are not limited to increasing awareness and education in this very critical area of female athletes and menstrual cycle as well as developing solutions to help create a safe space for female athletes.

Our target audience will include coaches, physical education teams, parents of children in sports, sport managers and university students.
