About The Forum

This forum, will focus on Women’s Health and Athletic Performance: Female Athletes & the Menstrual Cycle.

For this forum, we have assembled an experienced panel including athlete, coaches and administrators from regional and international organisations to examine policy framework and initiatives geared at protecting female athletes in sports.

Our main objectives include but are not limited to increasing awareness and education in this very critical area of female athletes and menstrual cycle as well as developing solutions to help create a safe space for female athletes.

Our target audience will include athletes, coaches, physical education teachers, parents of children in sports, sport managers and university students.
