Guest: Yona Knight-Wisdom OLY

Yona Knight-Wisdom is an Olympic diver who is also the first Jamaican Diver to participate in the Olympics diving competition, which he did at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. He who was born in the United Kingdom but chose to represent Jamaica in 2012.Yona spoke about the success of competing at the 2016 Rio Olympic followed by the disappointment of not medalling in the 2018 Commonwealth Games and the changes he made to his coaching team and training sites following the Games.  He spoke candidly about some of his best moments as well as one of the lowest moments of his career- FINA Diving World Cup 2014 Shanghai. There are also some advice for young divers.
